The conference will be held at the Kingsgate Hotel & Conference Center (151 Goodman Street, Cincinnati, OH, 45219, TEL: +1-513-487-3800), a newly renovated Graduate hotel located on the University of Cincinnati campus. The conference venue is located just minutes from downtown and all of its local attractions.

Depending on availability, the group rate may be offered one day before and three days after the event.
To take advantage of the discounted rate, book your room by July 1, 2020.
Check in time is after 4:00 pm EST and check-out time is before 11:00 am. Special arrangements can be made to guarantee early check-in or late check-out prior to your arrival at a half day rate based upon availability.

Parking and Directions
The Hotel has a conveniently located covered parking structure on-site. Parking is included for overnight guests at no additional cost. Daytime parking for conference attendees not staying in the hotel is $10 per day.

Don’t Be a “No Show”
If you have a confirmed room reservation and find that you are unable to attend the conference, be sure to notify the hotel as soon as possible to cancel your reservation. This will make it possible for another conference participant to book the room and minimize our group contract’s risk of guest room attrition.
