No need to spend lots of money on Halloween decorations. Instead, turn one piece of trash into a dozen not-so-spooky spiders using paper egg cartons, paint, and a few pipe cleaners. Little hands can get plenty of practice with their fine motor skills by cutting and painting, and they'll get a lesson in reusing materials, too.
