HEART is a youth-led, voluntary, and nonprofit organization based in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, legally registered under the Government of Bangladesh (Reg. #071/2022). Founded with a mission to build inclusive, resilient, and empowered communities, HEART works at the intersection of humanitarian aid, social justice, and sustainable development.
Our organization focuses on supporting vulnerable and marginalized groups including Rohingya refugees, host communities, women, children, youth, persons with disabilities, Indigenous and Dalit communities, and gender-diverse individuals. We implement rights-based and community-driven programs in the areas of:
- Climate Action & Environmental Protection
- Child Protection & Education
- Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR)
- Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)
- Youth Leadership & Social Entrepreneurship
- Gender Equality & Inclusion

HEART collaborates with national and international partners, donor agencies, academic institutions, and grassroots networks to deliver impactful programs. Our work has been recognized by prestigious awards including the Green Climate Leadership Award, Policy Action Award, and TekSHOI Humanitarian Leadership Award.
