ROOTS Farm & Forest School

ROOTS Farm & Forest School is an outdoor, project-based learning community where children grow through hands-on experiences, meaningful relationships, and connection to the land. Located on our 2.7-acre homestead in Georgetown, Delaware, ROOTS blends forest school practices, homesteading skills, environmental literacy, and social-emotional learning. We serve toddlers through middle schoolers in an inclusive, multi-age setting and work to build confident, capable, compassionate learners who care for themselves, each other, and the earth.
